This framework ensures the Platform is used lawfully, ethically, and responsibly, while clearly allocating responsibility to users for investigative decisions and outcomes.

2.1 Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Hackerdogs OSINT AI platform ("Platform") and constitute a binding agreement between:

• Hackerdogs Inc. ("Hackerdogs", "we", "us")
• You or Your Organization ("User", "Customer")

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

2.2 Eligibility

You represent that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have authority to bind your organization
• You are not subject to sanctions or export restrictions
• You will comply with all applicable laws

2.3 Description of Service

The Platform provides:

• OSINT aggregation and enrichment
• AI-driven investigation workflows
• Entity correlation and analysis
• Threat intelligence and reporting

Hackerdogs provides informational intelligence only.
The Platform does not provide legal, law-enforcement, professional investigative, or similar advice.

2.4 Lawful and Ethical Use

You agree not to use the Platform for:

• Harassment, stalking, or doxxing
• Investigating minors
• Discrimination or targeting protected groups
• Unauthorized access, hacking, or circumvention
• Political manipulation or unlawful surveillance
• Other uses outside the Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) is incorporated by reference.

2.5 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and all activity under your account. Hackerdogs may suspend access to protect platform integrity.

2.6 Intellectual Property

Hackerdogs retains all rights to:

• Software, workflows, and agent frameworks
• Models, prompts, and methodologies
• Branding and documentation
• Improvements and developments
• Underlying patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets

Users retain ownership of uploaded data.

3.1 Platform Provided "As Is"

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HACKERDOGS INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES, OR TERMS OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS, OR ANY PART THEREOF OR ANY SERVICES PROVIDED HEREUNDER, OR THOSE ARISING FROM COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, USAGE OR TRADE.

3.2 No Guarantee of Accuracy

HACKERDOGS INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY OSINT DATA, AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, ANALYSIS, CORRELATIONS, ALERTS, OR REPORTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.
PUBLIC DATA SOURCES MAY BE INACCURATE, MISLEADING, OUTDATED, OR MANIPULATED.

3.3 Informational Use Only

THE PLATFORM PROVIDES INFORMATIONAL INTELLIGENCE ONLY AND DOES NOT PROVIDE LEGAL, LAW-ENFORCEMENT, COMPLIANCE, INVESTIGATIVE, FINANCIAL, PROFESSIONAL, OR SIMILAR ADVICE.

3.4 User Responsibility for Outcomes

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOU BEAR FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL DECISIONS, ACTIONS, AND OUTCOMES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING ANY INVESTIGATIVE, OPERATIONAL, SECURITY, OR BUSINESS ACTIONS TAKEN IN RELIANCE ON PLATFORM OUTPUTS.

3.5 Artificial Intelligence Limitations

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI SYSTEMS MAY PRODUCE OUTPUTS THAT ARE INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE, BIASED, OR MISLEADING, AND THAT HUMAN REVIEW AND INDEPENDENT VERIFICATION ARE REQUIRED BEFORE ACTING ON ANY OUTPUT.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HACKERDOGS INC.'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

3.7 Exclusion of Certain Damages

IN NO EVENT SHALL HACKERDOGS INC. BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, REPUTATION, OR BUSINESS DISRUPTION, LOST BUSINESS, OR DAMAGE TO SYSTEMS, DATA, OR PROGRAMS ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CAUSES OF ACTION, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE. THIS DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY WILL NOT BE AFFECTED IF ANY REMEDY PROVIDED HEREIN FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE AND SHALL APPLY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. BECAUSE SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE FOREGOING LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

3.8 User Indemnification

YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HARMLESS HACKERDOGS INC. FROM ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LOSSES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING REASONABLE ATTORNEYS' FEES) ARISING FROM:

• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms or the AUP
• Actions taken based on Platform outputs
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights

3.9 Third-Party Services Disclaimer

THE PLATFORM RELIES ON THIRD-PARTY DATA SOURCES, SERVICES, AND APIS.
HACKERDOGS INC. IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR LEGALITY.

3.10 Platform Discretion

HACKERDOGS INC. MAY, IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION, REFUSE, LIMIT, MODIFY, SUSPEND, OR TERMINATE ANY WORKFLOW, QUERY, OUTPUT, OR ACCOUNT THAT MAY VIOLATE LAW, POLICY, OR CREATE RISK OF HARM OR LIABILITY.

3.11 Force Majeure

HACKERDOGS INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR FAILURES OR DELAYS CAUSED BY EVENTS BEYOND ITS REASONABLE CONTROL, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ACTS OF GOD, WAR, GOVERNMENT ACTIONS, NETWORK FAILURES, OR THIRD-PARTY SERVICE OUTAGES.

3.12 Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (U.S.)

ANY DISPUTE ARISING FROM THESE TERMS SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Hackerdogs processes personal data in compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA and other data privacy laws, rules and regulations, as applicable.

5.1 Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for:

• Social engineering or impersonation

5.2 Catch-All Provision

You may not use the Platform in any manner that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes privacy or human rights, or intellectual property or industrial property rights
• Circumvents safeguards or controls
• Creates material risk or liability for Hackerdogs Inc.

Hackerdogs may enforce this policy at its discretion.

Hackerdogs follows a Do No Harm OSINT model aligned with global investigative ethics.

Hackerdogs uses autonomous AI agents to:

• Hackerdogs Inc. = Processor

Includes:

• Security safeguards
• Subprocessor controls
• Breach notification
• Deletion/return on termination

By continuing, you acknowledge and agree that you will use Hackerdogs Inc. lawfully, ethically, and responsibly. You understand that AI-generated intelligence and OSINT data may contain inaccuracies or bias and must be independently verified. You agree not to target minors, private individuals without lawful basis, or protected groups, and not to engage in harassment, doxxing, unauthorized access, or illegal surveillance.

You consent to automated AI agent processing, OSINT analysis, audit logging, and international data transfers as described in these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the Data Processing Agreement. Hackerdogs may suspend or terminate access for misuse or unsafe behavior.

Severability
